As Creative for Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular, I worked extensively on the project, contributing over 14 iterations of the script and creative across several months. Working closely with Creative Director Simon Hammerstein to help bring his vision to life, I advised on pacing and structure while consulting on and interrogating the stage show and conceptualising the immersive elements.

From early conceptions, song ordering, circus, pre-show experiences, and audience journeys, I worked to bring together ideas from across departments and disciplines to unite one vision.

While I was deeply committed to refining the story and character dynamics, Simon ultimately rewrote much of the dialogue and narrative. Given the changes to the stage show script, I no longer consider the plot to be reflective of my original work.

During this creatively enriching process, I collaborated with the cast to develop improvisation skills, and consulted on the immersive pre-show elements alongside Performance Director Bryn Harris and Assistant Director Jasper Frost.

The result is an immersive 700-seat purpose-built circus in a warehouse in Earl's Court, blending the best of circus, musical theatre, and dance into a spectacular show.
